After many years of making measurements and modelling the results in the group, Mike wrote a book chapter focusing on the use of AC signals to characterize thin film PV materials and devices. It is chapter 9 in “Advanced Characterization of Thin Film Solar Cells” edited by Al-Jassim and Haegel from IET press.
