Feb 1, 2021 – Prof. Scarpulla is looking to recruit 1-2 outstanding PhD students to work on electronic point defects in Ga2O3. Sub-topics include: manipulation of defect concentrations through processing, calculations related to their formation and migration, experimental characterization with advanced current and capacitance methods, and simulation of characterization experiments for deeper understanding.
